1) Is your teamwear genuine product?
Yes. 100% Yes! Football Shirts Online Pty is an officially appointed stockist of both the Nike and adidas Australian teamwear ranges.
 
2) Do you offer discounted team pricing?
Yes. You can download our Nike and adidas team pricing forms from this site. These forms will also allow you to build your own quote including personalisation of teamwear.
Our special team pricing is generally 20-40% below the single unit retail price on any given item.
 
Team pricing is available for starting orders of 7 or more shirts or jackets or 12 or more balls.
 
Additionally, we also offer an extra club/team rebate of between 3% and 10% for Nike teamwear orders above $1000 (3%) rising to (10%) for orders over $7000. This rebate is cumulative and so your annual rebate will increase the more you spend with us in any given year. The increasing rebate will be also be applied retrospectively to earlier orders placed in the same calender year.

Charges for print, embroidery, graphic art and delivery are not rebated and are charged at the rate as shown on the Team Pricing Form.
 
3) Do you have a sizing guide?
There is a sizing guide for Nike and adidas on the website (click here).
 
Clothing is shown as kids/youth, womens and mens/unisex and all sizes are shown in cm’s except gloves that are measured in inches and sock sizes (shown as UK sizing).
 
 4) How long does it take to deliver Nike or Adidas Teamwear after I purchase?
All Nike and adidas teamwear is supplied from within Australia.
 
In general, teamwear orders that do not require printing or embroidery take between 5 and 7 business days to dispatch after payment is received.
 
Orders requring printing or embroidery take betwee 7 and 20 business days depending on volume and complexity of production.
 
5) What happens if I am not at home when you attempt delivery?
Most of our orders are sent by a trackable Australia Parcel Post service and may require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, Australia Post will hold your parcel for you at your local Post Office and you can collect from there.
 
Some larger orders, sent by courier,  will require you to supply us a business address, or an address that is guaranteed to be occupied 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
 
A redelivery fee will be charged to courier orders where a delivery is not completed due to an address being unoccupied at time of first delivery.
 
6) How do I track my order?
We will supply you with a tracking number from Australia Post (sent by Australia Post email) or for those purchases sent by courier we will supply a tracking number and a courier website address to allow you to track the delivery.
 
7) Can I return or exchange product? Yes under conditions.
Yes, but under certain conditions.
 
You can return an item for exchange or refund as long as the following condiions are met
The item is returned unworn
That product tags are still attached to the item
That the item is returned in its original packaging.
 
FSOL sells only new, packaged product. Your purchase (including tags and packaging) must be returned in the same condition as was supplied to you.
 
Removal or loss of any product tags will be regarded as acceptance of an item, as we are unable to resell an item without the original product or packaging tags.
 
As with all manufactured goods, faults in production can sometimes occur. We will always accept back genuinely faulty product without question.
 
We do not accept back any printed or personalised product except on those occassions where the base garment is faulty.
 
Printed or embroidered product that has been supplied where the customer has supplied incorrect sizing, colour selection, or errors with supplied artwork, players names and/ or squad numbers cannot be returned.
 
Exchanges on returns will take 7-10 business days to fulfill from the point we receive, inspect and accept back the original item.
 
Refunds will be actioned within 3 business days of an item being accepted back.
 
Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd will cover the cost of return/exchange postage on faulty product once we have received, inspected and accepted back the orignal purchase.
 
Football Shirts Online does not accept the cost of returning any item to the buyer that we have declined to accept back for refund or exchange.
 
8) How do I return or exchange an item? 
Pack the item(s) in an Aus Post trackable bag.
 
Ensure that all product packaging is included and that the product tags are still attached to the item.
 
Enclose a copy of your order noting your reason for return and your requirements (exchange, refund etc).

9) What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
It is unlikely we will send you the wrong product (but accidents do happen!) and we will not quibble or make excuses if we do.  Please send the product back to the address above (see 8) by tracked Australia Post bag and enclose a copy of your invoice.
 
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will arrange to send you the correct product and issue you with the return postage refund.
 
10) What is your Privacy Policy? 
Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd adheres to all Australian Federal and NSW State laws in regards to privacy and the protection of and use of your information, and your rights as a consumer.
We do not share any of the information we collect with any other entity or company other than the financial institution when you make your payment and a delivery name and address with Australia Post or one of our nominated couriers.
